About Your Instructor

Melinda Dennis, MS, RDN, LD is an internationally recognized celiac dietitian with over 25 years of clinical and teaching experience. She is an international speaker, book author, researcher, and consultant to gluten-free food and pharmaceutical companies. Melinda is a co-author of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics’ Certificate of Training for Celiac Disease and Gluten-Related Disorders and has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications.

Diagnosed with celiac disease in her early 20s, Melinda has personally lived the gluten-free journey for more than 30 years — combining professional expertise with deep compassion and real-world understanding.
